Some states have specific laws regarding the sale and shipment of our products. If you do not see your state in the drop-down menu when placing your order, that means we have currently stopped shipping to your state pending review of your state’s regulations.
Sale of Electronic Cigarette Products
S-Bul and its parent and subsidiary companies do not sell electronic cigarette or related products to persons under the legal smoking age for the state or territory in which you reside. By using this site you represent that you are over the legal smoking age where you reside, and that the person receiving any shipment is also of legal smoking age.
You also agree that products purchased from S-Bul are intended for lawful personal or authorized business use consistent with applicable regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site.
Your Account
If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
S-Bul only sells to adults of legal smoking age. If you are under the legal smoking age, S-Bul and its affiliates may refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders. Only one coupon code of any nature may be applied per order. We reserve the right to correct errors after the fact.

S-Bul assumes no liability for misuse of batteries, chargers, atomizers or related electronics. Lithium batteries are generally offered with limited warranty covering correct function upon first charge only; swelling, usage damage and short-circuited batteries are not covered. Use rechargeable batteries and devices at your own risk.
Consumable Product Disclaimer

S-Bul may honor price adjustments within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Holiday specials, promotional sales and clearance items may be exempt. Adjustments may be issued as store credit.
Age Verification Policy
S-Bul is required by law and committed to preventing sales to anyone under the legal purchasing age. When you place an order, your identity and age may be confirmed. In some cases alternate verification may be required, such as limited identity details or ID upload.
S-Bul may use third-party age verification services to meet applicable FDA and state requirements. Refusal to complete required verification may result in order cancellation. We reserve the right to request identification and to cancel orders if proper identification cannot be provided in time. Fraudulent orders may be reported to authorities.
