To modify email subscriptions, update your preferences in the My Account section where available. Due to email production schedules, you may still receive emails already in production.

Right of access to personal information
S-Bul stores data shared by customers during registration and while placing orders. Registered users can access stored account data by logging into their account.
Categories of personal information collected
S-Bul may collect information under the following categories (as referenced under CCPA concepts) over a rolling 12-month period:
- Identifiers: real name, shipping and billing addresses, email address and Internet Protocol (IP) address. Where age is not verified by a third-party agency, date of birth, limited identity verification details and government-approved ID data may be collected as required;
- Inferences about preferences drawn from profiling: product preferences collected via cookies may be used to improve product visibility relevant to you.
Data collection from children under 13
S-Bul does not allow visitors below the legal smoking age to use the website for browsing or purchasing. Visitors must affirm they are of legal smoking age before browsing or purchasing. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
S-Bul also affirms that you have the right to be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising your rights under the CCPA where applicable.
